READING CHAIR: THE FLAG HALYARD BY HANS WEGNER
It seems to me that the ideal reading chair needs a balanced amount of recline. I can't read for very long sitting with my feet planted on the floor, and reading in bed makes me fall asleep before I've turned two pages. The Flag Halyard chair, designed in 1950 by Hans Wegner hits a lot of the right criteria for a great reading chair, lounge-y but not flat, wide enough to curl up in, and fantastic to look at.
